Gift Voucher – Terms and Conditions
The Lawrance reserves the rights to vary these terms and conditions at any point without notice. It is solely your responsibility to review them before each purchase to ensure that you are aware of any changes that have been made.
Purchasing the Voucher
- You can purchase Lawrance Gift Vouchers from the website
- A contract for the sale will only apply once you have received an email from The Lawrance acknowledging your purchase
- It is your responsibility to check the details in your confirmation and correct The Lawrance should you need to, as soon as possible
- We advise that you print out and keep a copy of the confirmation of your purchase
- Visa or MasterCard are the only methods of payment accepted
- By purchasing the voucher, you agree that all the details you provide to The Lawrance is correct and that you are using your own credit/debit card which has sufficient funds to cover the whole cost of the gift voucher.
- Every gift voucher sold is subject to the terms and conditions which can be viewed on The Lawrance website
- We are responsible for creating your gift voucher and emailing it to the email address you have provided when purchasing the voucher
- We aim to send all Vouchers within 48 hours after the confirmation is sent
- It is your responsibility to contact us direct if you have not received your voucher within the 48 hours stated above
- We accept no liability for any delay in the delivery of your voucher
- All bookings must be made direct with The Lawrance, stating the voucher number on the issued voucher
- All gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by management
- All dates are subject to availability and please note that certain nightly restrictions may be in place throughout the year
- On the occasion where the cost of accommodation is higher than the value of the voucher, the guest is responsible for paying the remaining balance at the time of booking
- On the occasion where the cost of accommodation is less than the value of the voucher, no refund will be given
